Is Gibo Teodoro Rated to Fly a Boeing 747?

It’s very clever of Gibo to compare the running of a country to the flying of an aircraft… complete with props!  It was very impressive seeing him with a 747 on the background and his name plastered on its body. 

There’s just one thing that niggles me about this… I read somewhere that he’s a commercial pilot rated for a Lear Jet 31.  As far as I know, you’d have to be rated for the particular aircraft in order to fly it and there’s nothing in his published information that says he’s rated for Boeing 747.

Perhaps Mr. Teodoro does have a rating for this jumbo aircraft—- I’m just curious why he doesn’t hype on it in his resume.  Could it be that Mr. Teodoro is trying to deceive us?  Maybe he thinks nobody is smart enough to catch him in the lie?  The Lear Jet seems to be a nice enough plane—-just a 10-seater, though.  I guess it wouldn’t look as grand as the 747.
